업무내용Finance Controller is in charge of securing the implementation of plant controlling basics, providing a consolidated view of the operational performance of the division, managing the plant controlling teams.
▪ Ensure all financial related procedures and tools are implemented and followed
o Ensure plant controlling teams are informed and trained to controlling procedures and policies and tools
o Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings,…) and internal control basics
o Ensure consistency and standardization of controlling processes within the division
o Alert and arbitrate in case of discrepancies
▪ Provide industrial financial communication & recommandation towards the management, especially Operation Manager
o Ensure the coordination of financial forecasting process for plants (budget, periodic forecasts, Mid Term Plan)
o Lead all tasks related to month end closing
o Provide a consolidated view of operations results and communicate it to the division
o Analyze and challenge the variances between the forecasted and actual results
o Determine and ensure the follow up and monitor the consolidated margin per program in liaise with program controlling
o Validate the economic justification of investments and ensure their follow up
o Validate the economic justification of standard costs and rates used in each plant
o Ensure the consistency between production indicators and financial reporting
o Participate in the development of action plans and ensure their financial evaluation and follow up
o Highlight cash status at division level (capex, inventories, overdues)

필요요건▪ Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Masters degree in Finance
▪ 8 to 10 years of professional experience, including a plant controlling experience
▪ Good accounting knowledge
▪ Strong teamwork sense
▪ Strong communication skills
▪ Fluent in English required
