a. Sales Targets and Strategies Execution
1. Develop and execute activities that will enable the achievement of the assigned sales targets
2. Plan strategies, jointly with Head of Sales & Marketing, that support the achievement of assigned sales targets
3. Timely update of sales pipelines status
b. Clients & Prospects Engagement
1. Focus on client centricity
2. Ability to develop opportunities
c. Sales Administration & Support
1. Strong focus on administration
2. Collaborate with relevant teams
지원자격)
· 10 - 15 years in sales representative role.
· Proven track record in business development and account management activities, selling complex B2B solutions to global companies
in a fast moving and global 24x7 environment.
· Good in English communication both writing and speaking
· Have knowledge about CRM and good user of Salesforces.com
· Strong consultative selling and/or value selling business knowledge, preferable within the all Corporate segments.
· Result oriented, displaying high passion, drive and motivation
· Strong analytical, problem and decision-making capabilities.
· A self-starter who is able to work with minimum direction whilst possessing both the desire and ability to develop constructive ideas
to react to the ever-changing business environment.
· Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate and deliver client presentation with ease and flair.
· Display good cross functional skies, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a demanding and culturally diverse
matrix organization.
· Stress tolerance, able to do the job/task with minimal anxiety level.
· Persistent and a dependable team player.
