Job Description
Retail Operations Management
- Lead the team to provide retail operation and administrative support to both Boutiques and retail office
- Work with Boutique Managers to achieve sales budgets and implement action plans to achieve/exceed sales goals and KPI
- Act as a liaison in communicating between the Senior Retail Director and business partners such as landlord
- Foster an environment in each boutique where service excellence is the top priority with self-attachment in all boutiques
- Prepare sales and other performance reports for business analysis
- Conduct regular shop visits to ensure the retail operations are following companyguidelines
- Oversee and follow up Boutique maintenance and repairing issues
- Monitor & review the service quality of external vendors and work with them for improvement plans
- Cost control and negotiate with contractors for better offers when renewing contract
- Arrange and monitor the monthly work schedule of Boutique Assistants
- Assist in managing the special projects, including Boutique opening, closure, renovation etc. and ensure the planned timeline are met
- Review and streamline operational processes
- Build strong collaborations with the Boutique Managers and BOH teams to maintain the Boutique image in company standard
- Keep the strong and trusty relationships with contractors, vendors and other service providers
- Familiarize with the Retail Handbook and comply with the related procedures and regulations
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by Senior Retail Director
- Translate the strategic business goals into concrete individual goals, monitor and assess to staff performance against their goals regularly to make sure the progress is on the right track
- Delegate the job to the team in an efficient and effective manner
- Provide coaching and guidance to the team to optimize efficiency
- Set individual goals to the staff, monitor and assess to staff performance against their goals regularly
- Provide directions and closely follow up on the work progress
- Provide consistent qualitative feedback, coaching & evaluation for performance improvement and develop subordinate to the next level
Job Requirements
-Min 10 yrs of relevant working experience with at least 4 years at supervisory level in luxury retail industry
-Diploma or university graduate in Business Administration or related discipline
-Good leadership, Strong communication & interpersonal skills
-Accuracy on data management and analysis
-Proficient commands both verbal and written in English
-Good understanding of retail system (POS, CRM, Stock etc) and MS Office
-Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-Detail-minded/ Well-organized/ Numerical sensitive/ Self-motivated and proactive
